How to Enable / Disable lock the taskbar from Group policy

It is used to move your start task bar from right to left and down to up and vice versa. If task bar is unchecked you can move start task bar if it is checked on you can't move that 
Some time we see that Lock the Task bar is disable just like this see the image below:
at this condition you can't do check or uncheck mark on it because it is already disable by gpedit.msc 



Now we see how to do disable or enable the Task Bar from your computer lets us follow me step to step given below in detail :-

Step 1 
Just press (wind+r) to open run and type Gpedit.msc in run and hit the enter button.



Now move your cursor left side and click on User configuration > Administrative Templates > Start Menu and Task bar .

Here you will see  Lock the task bar in the right side and then do double click on it .


Step 2 
Here are three option like Not configured , Enable and Disable.



Click on enable and apply OK
